A full breakfast nook buildout including custom benches and a bookshelf, designed and built to fit the space exactly. Mortise-and-tenon joinery fastens the frame to the legs, and cross laps in the legs add extra support. The benches and the bookshelf top are made from reclaimed fir, all milled to size, cut, sanded, and finished by hand with a natural protective wax.
